Yeah, Jack's is a sustainable injury. Right now, we have Ramsey and Cazorla battling for that central role when Alexis returns. Jack would be third of those three, in a position we could also play Ox, Rosicky, Arteta.
The problem is if the injuries pile up there. If one of Ramsey or Cazorla go down, then I'll be worried.
Hopefully, Jack'll rest up and be ready to step in when someone goes down. It will happen. We are Arsenal.

Couldn't sleep last night so I decided to start a "Welcome to Arsenal" post for anyone who has decided to follow the World's best football club.
I thought we could just put together some things that we have seen, podcasts to listen to, etc. to help ease anyone in to the club.
Past:
Arsenal The Official History pt. 1
Arsenal The Official History pt. 2
Arsenal - The Complete 49 Game Unbeaten Record
Thierry Henry - Legend (Documentary)
Thierry Henry vs. Leeds: Return of the King
Michael Thomas' Incredible Late Goal @ Liverpool to Win the League (1989)
Dennis Bergkamp's Magic Goal
Greatest Arsenal Goals of the 21st Century
Arsenal Dream Team in Action
Arsenal: 12 FA Cups
Arsenal's Greatest 10 Moments
Recent/Present:
I posted a bunch of highlights on the first page if you want to check some of them out. ( LINK).
Here is the current roster of first team: LINK
Here are some videos from the Arsenal's official video page so you can get to know some of the players better:
Arsenal stars photobomb unsuspecting fans!
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain: 'Jenko has changed!'
Arsenal stars fall for durian fruit prank!
The Chat | Alex Oxlade Chamberlain & Carl Jenkinson (GOAT Arsenal channel video)
UnClassic Commentary | Per Mertesacker & Santi Cazorla
Carl and Alex - Pure Banter
UnClassic Commentary | Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain & Theo Walcott
Per Mertesacker & Laurent Koscielny | UnClassic Commentary

I'll add a couple here to show some things from the past couple of seasons:
14/15 Season Review
2015 FA Cup Final
Wengerball 14/15
13/14 Season Review
2014 FA Cup Final

The Future:
The team is relatively young, so expect a lot of these guys to be around a while, but I'll list a few guys to keep an eye on that aren't currently expecting to see a lot of playing time or are on loan.
The obvious choice to start with is the USMNT U20 World Cup representative Gedion Zelalem: LINK
Dan Crowley (on loan at Barnsley): LINK
Alex Iwobi: LINK
Jeff Rein-Adelaide: LINK
Serge Gnabry (on loan to West Brom): LINK
Isaac Hayden (on loan at Hull): LINK
Chuba Akpom (on loan at Hull): LINK
The Future Of Arsenal (ft. Akpom, Zelalem, Gnabry etc)
Some things to read/listen to to keep up with the Arsenal:
- This board obviously
- r/Gunners
- Arseblog.com
- Arseblog podcast's - Arsecast and Arsecast Extra

Glass, maybe incorporate RTR's post and links into the first post of the thread?

I can just edit my post on the first page and post it there. Much easier to copy everything from and edit.

I see it now
Also, Benzema hype train gaining speed!

Real Madrid TV just came on BeIn after the PSG game and they are showing all the goals they scored this past season. Having that on after seeing these rumors has not been good for my productivity. Keep starring at the screen to try to catch every Benzema goal or assist.

That durian video
I've had durian before and it smells like rancid feet but tastes creamy and not too bad to be honest.

I'm not a good baker. Bringing donuts tomorrow for opening day. I'll be there on Sunday and might have something, but I might not.
Always had women do the baking for me!!! My new one isn't very good in the kitchen..

Some thoughts:
1) ManUre looked good. The Schneiderlin and Schweinsteiger adds make them deep. They are a threat to win the league. Tottenham, I believe, fights for fifth.
2) As brittle as Jack Wilshere is, would the Bundesliga or Ligue 1 be a better environment for him than the very physical PL? As far as long term considerations, should we see what we can get for him outside England and use the funds elsewhere?
3) I'm looking for a relegation-level PL team or top-level Championship side for which to root. It will probably be Norwich City. I've always liked their colors, their nickname, and I rooted for them to get back up. Any other reasons why I should (or should not) root for them? Any other suggestions?

I didn't see that at all

I am holding off on projecting them until the end of the window. Could go so many ways. Lose De Gea and don't sign another forward I think they may fall out of the top 4. Keep De Gea and sign someone like Pedro I think they could be pretty damn good.
Them continuing their ability to win in the ugliest of fashions from last season is very annoying

From listening to what Roger Bennett said about Bournemouth they seem like an intriguing second team to follow. Apparently he has a documentary about their rise to the PL coming out relatively soon.
