One thing that happened today that I did like was Alexis playing on the right. He's so damn predictable on the left.
He was much better down the rt. Idk I just like Campbell rt now. He's playing with confidence.

Alexis was better on the right. But not much.
We have to upgrade Coquelin, Giroud, Per, and RW this summer. Probably have to get another LB. Don't know that we keep Gibbs.

We're only going to buy an unknown 17 year old right back and then call it a day

“Our long, long run has come to an end in a very sad way because I don’t think that we deserved to lose.”
Arsene talking to the media. It's not just one game Wenger, fans reactions and media reaction is called for when you've only won 4 out of your last 14 games and this has become a trend every season when his team can't put two halves of a season together.

I really want to know the convos he has with people at the club. Are they keeping him on a budget? Which still doesn't excuse buying only a keeper in the summer, or are they now given him an open check book and he just refuses to pay what the market is dictating for players?

We need to break the bank for Mahrez this summer. He's exactly what we need on the right.

It doesn't mean that they will, but I sort of threw that out there: 'What happens when the Middle Eastern family, this thing's costing a lot of money and they decide to go home?' I said what really happens in those situations is the fans get hurt because the players get picked up and paid if they're good, the front office gets other jobs."
It's worse than I thought. Well damn this sucks being an Arsenal fan rt now and a fellow American is the one sucking the Joy out of it.

If the rest of the league wasn't shite I would hate to see where we would be in the standings. Probably outside of the top 4.

I wished he would just die and some rich Arab guys buy the team. Atleast they would spend.

Arsene with some aarogant comments
I get that he's done great things and no one says he hasn't. His style of play and players like Bergkamp is why I became a fan. But that's just a huge slap to the history of the club prior to the mid 90s.
quote:
I have no doubt about my motivation,” he said. “I built this club with hard work and without any external resources. If you compare the club when I arrived and how it is today, it is moved forward – and without any help from anybody. There was no money from anyone. Now I am even more motivated than the first day I arrived. And I feel even more pressure and responsibility to keep this club moving forward.”

How has the club moved anywhere in a forward direction since 2006? The new stadium? Sure. But in terms of on the field results the same can't be said.

I put a bet in on Arsenal +2 tomorrow. I figure even this bunch of bums can cover that with little motivation for Barcelona other than netting 1 goal and coasting home...

Warned ya guys, Stan is a horrendous owner.
I agree he's definitely not the owner you dream of for your team and obviously only sees teams as investments, but he's not the reason the Rams have sucked for years or that Arsenal aren't going to win the league this year.
The Rams haven't been able to find a competent QB to save their lives and have equally struck out on finding good WR's.
Arsenal's problems are vast, but in the end by most accounts we have money to spend in the transfer market every year that our manager usually chooses not to while we are still running Flamini out on the pitch.
So yeah, he's not in this for the love of the sport, but he isn't the roadblock to success either.
