Will be interesting on the GK.

Kepa has been the domestic cup goalkeeper but you could go back to Raya and Kepa can ply the wigan game and the next two cl games if you want to give him minutes.

Sticking with Kepa.

That’s fine. I want him to get the minutes. Don’t want a situation where we might have to throw a gk in that hasn’t played a game for us and he tries to handball it outside the box.

Gyokeres is interesting. I guess this would be the time to switch him to the cups and start someone else in the league.

Glad Kepa is getting the start. Hopefully he’ll get a CL game too. I’m a little surprised to see Martinelli dropped but im guessing Arteta wants his legs to attack them second half. I think this game has come just a bit too soon to start Kai and Jesus isn’t best suited for chelsea.

Obviopusly I have no idea Artetas thinking which is why most of this is just spitballing, but I do see martinelli and Gyokeres as the same.

So with gyokeres, start Trossard or Eze on the wing.

Arteta probably isnt even thinking that though.

I was thinking about Eze. In the last game he barely got on the ball but Noni and Martinelli did. So, him playing in the middle had him on the ball less. It goes back to me thinking we are scared to play through the middle. But had Eze been on the wing, he probably gets more involved in that game.

Hopefully they don't get pushed around as easily as they were last time they met. Might not happen with Caicedo out. That physical play really threw them off their game.

The press is giving them fits early. Can the lads keep it up all half?

Chelsea might start reconsidering back passes to Sanchez. He looks rattled.

Need to get another this half with how poor Sanchez is playing, and how clumsy the Chelsea backline is against the press right now.

That sequence sucked
poor clearance by Gabriel, even worse back pass by Odegaard, then some lucky bounces for Chelsea and ball finds an unmarked player on the far post.

Been a poor 2nd half. Got a goal, but Chelsea have had the ball near Arsenal box quite a bit. Not on the level of 2nd half against Liverpool, but still a let down from the 1st.

Nice 3rd goal!

Well worked knocking it around, and great patience by Zubi.
