Hard to tell before the window closes. PSG probably should've advanced further last year, and has a stronger squad at the moment

Impossible to say without knowing the draw and injuries.
Either one could get a Porto, Leverkusen, Monaco draw and fall right into the finals while the other gets Bayern or RM in the Quarters.

Either way I think it's Barca. They still currently have a better roster, and PSG is going to have to transfer people out to make FFP work.

PSG to me.... Imagine how deadly that attack will be now with Neymar freeing up chances for Cavani (who is criminally underrated) and Di Maria.
