If it can happen to the original team in MLS then no one is a safe outside maybe 4 teams.

This whole thing is shite.

This is a pretty big issue that a majority of American soccer/MLS fans do not support.

Its not melting to be concerned about the future of the game in this country.

Its a sample size

or you could go to MLS reddit

or you could watch MLS playoff games where Save The Crew signs and banners are being displayed.

You might want to go check your sample results again homey. Because it's not the picture you are painting.

So you are citing reddit as your source?

So a few people in the crowd holding a sign = majority of soccer fans?

Is this about not allowing any team to relocate or just the crew?

And again that you and many others think THIS of all things is the issue to die on a hill over is completely arse backward. You're upset about 1 symptom but have been tacitly okay with the underlying disease for YEARS. It's a fricking joke.

I have many issues with MLS but this is a serious one

At least when San Jose left they were told they would get another team.

MLS is almost at max capacity so Columbus is about to get screwed.

also had banners and college gameday.

but having one of the worse fan attendance over the last couple years doesn't help

buy tickets and go to games. don't cry on the internet

its about the owner wanting the city to build him a new stadium.

Its already been proven the owner has put out false attendance numbers to make his case.

we don't know this.

This is a Columbus problem, not an MLS problem

Chivas USA just disappeared and nobody seemed to have a problem with that.

The league already has depth issues and adding more clubs isn't going to help that.

A first divisions with 24 teams is already pushing it.

No its an MLS problem but you are an MLS boot licker.

and now are back as LAFC which was part of the plan, so your point is terrible.

Every single MLS team does this. They count giveaway tickets as "attendance" regardless of the people show or not, along with many other shady practices. Look at reported attendance vs what most of these stadiums actually look like on matchday.

You only care now that a team is moving. Ridiculous.

No it's really not. It's business as usual in American pro sports.

what alternatives do we have?

And in a worldwide soccer market, every team can find depth. Do you think they all have to be American or some shite?
