Coventry about to drop all 3 points vs 5th bottom Norwich... now soon to be an only 3-point cushion over Boro.

The spark of the Millwall vs. West Ham derby is gone
I also wonder if there's something to be said for just how little they've played each other in recent times. They've only played each other 7 times since 2000, none since 2012. If you're a Millwall or West Ham supporter that was born in 2000, you maybe only remember the 3 games that were played from 2009-2012. That's an entire generation that get told that their rivals and they hate each other, but do you really feel it if you never witness it?
I understand it's not exactly a 1:1 comparison because plenty of derbies go through droughts because they're in separate divisions, but I just couldn't imagine being a 26 year old Gamecock fan and every older generation swearing to me up and down how we hate Clemson more than anyone else, but I could only personally remember playing them 3 times, all before I was a teenager. I just wouldn't feel that same kind of hatred when there's such a long absence.
ETA: I have no doubt, that their older supporters still loathe each other.

Boro now equal with Coventry on 58 points, though 10 GD behind.

At opposite end of the table Leicester City have been hit with a six point deduction and are now only out of a relegation spot because of goal difference

Isn’t Leicester 40-45% Asian?
Posted on 2/7/26 at 10:23 am to southpawcock
Yep. Birmingham is over 30% Muslim. Leicester has a good number of Hindus and Sikhs but is still over 25% Muslim.

I'm liking how the top 10 is looking right now. Not really much a chance for the yo yo clubs to get promoted. Should see some fresh new teams in the Premier League that haven't been up in a while, if ever.

Looking forward to the playoffs as well to see those teams really go at it
The gap to the last playoff spot is still pretty close, anyone 7th-15th has a decent shot at it
