That is true, generally. My favorite World Cup match ups are the African nations with all of their awesome fan bases against world power houses.

Yeah who doesn't love watching a group of Uruguay, Russia, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Or teams like Panama getting dick slapped each match. World Cup is only going to get worse with expansion anyways
