We have a terrible record against Switzerland. 1 win out of 11 with 4 draws and 4 losses. Switzerland and Turkey with their current coaches and rosters are better than us, but those teams do represent our relative level in the short-term.

It absolutely does. They were raised in the Dutch schools, language, culture, TV, radio, food etc. They are more 1000% more Dutch than any American who says "I'm Irish! My Great, great, great Grandmother came over from Cork!".
The area you are raised defines a person more than their DNA. It's not where your grand or great great grandparents are from It's where you are born and raised that makes the person who they are.

I don't think any team save a few would manhandle us, but I don't believe Berhalter could break down that Swiss team, who were really organized with their system.
Turkey is a wildcard. Keys could speak more to how we would do but I have no belief in Greg.
