Mate - As a longtime supporter of Man City, I encourage you to give us a fair gander.

There is an unrivaled amount of pride that comes with following Manchester City, a pride in where we’ve come from, what we are now, and what the club will never lose as a fanbase.

I genuinely can’t think of another club’s “ultras” (superfans) that could possibly take pride in potentially being relegated…and I’m not even joking, lads... We City supporters truly do heartily belt out chants about us going down.

Then there’s the global aspect of our side - MCFC has quite rapidly grown from second fiddle in our own town to a global phenomenon. Ive been attending underground MCFC watch parties in Seattle - that’s how diehard we are! This while still retaining our hardscrabble identity and unique Mancunian swagger and character.

Watch their 1999 Second Division playoff final against Gillingham. They were in the 3rd tier then and filled up 2/3 of the old Wembley.

Tottenham

They are my team this year.

I'm an admirer of Kane and Mourinho. I even just purchased their away green jersey.

I’m a Liverpool fan but kind of fell into it in the mid 2000’s. They might be too big for what you are looking for albeit we are playing like shite right now. I would take a look at Wolves and Leeds. Fun football, crazy fan base, great stadiums.

Chelsea/Arsenal are both nice midtable sides.

Thierry Henry's not walking through that door.

I also picked up soccer as a young lad back in 2009. Very happy that I picked City.
