He is good, and would be an asset to USMNT, no doubt about that. But...
We want Americans that want to play for this team and country. If Dest has to be 'convinced' to represent USA then he should go play for NED instead. Would much rather have those that are proud to represent America and jump at the chance.
And I definitely agree: he should shite or get off the pot.

I only feel this way towards Mexican/Americans. Any American born player who has to think about this decision can go frick off. I'll take any European tho.

If you are an American, born and raised here, and you chose to play for Mexico you should lose your American citizenship and have to become a Mexican. Also you can Diaf, eabd & GFY.
