How do you post the bald eagle boner gif?

USSF won’t do it. They’d have to give up control.

Will. Never. Happen.
Klopp stopped at Liverpool because he was stressed and tired. Why would he pick up a team like ours where the pressure is on to perform immediately with what we have, which at the international level isn’t much?

Throw Fort Knox at him even if he is slightly interested
The day to day grind is way less for international managers.

Sadly I don’t think we could afford him. Plus he would probably rather go backpacking with his wife in Asia or some shite than coach right now.
Maybe we could start a go fund me or pull a Canada and beg Arthur Blank to write the blank check.

Eh he could still do that. Hell Jurgy learned to fly helicopters while coaching the US. He can have his assistants help with selections and player identification, come in and focus on tactics and executions, coach the friendlies and Nations league/Gold Cup games, and go do whatever.
Plus he could stay anywhere in America and be mostly unbothered by people.

Usa def. More stressful than England.

Wouldn’t the expectation for any job to perform to what we know as Klopp’s ability?

With the talent we have on the field, what level of results should we be expecting to achieve?
We can’t expect the Liverpool of the last 7 years, or even a Liverpool style of play, out of this group of players. Klopp would have to change his system and expectations drastically.

US high expectations are pretty low. Make it out of group and win a couple games to get to the final 8. If he made it more than that he'd probably get a lifetime contract

Better than GGG

No one should expect that style of play but there will always be those curmudgeons who would.

He's a smart dude, he would figure it out.

I agree that it will never happen, but the stress of managing Liverpool vs the stress of managing the USMNT isn’t in the same ballpark. Managing the USMNT (for any quality manager) is a huge downgrade in stress from previous jobs.
We have twitter fanboys. Most other places have rabid fan bases and aggressive reporters questioning your every move.
The most difficult thing they’d face here would be a tweet questioning why they started Scally instead of Weah at right back. It’s a pretty damn cush gig.

Maybe not from a sporting standpoint, but definitely from a travel standpoint it could be less than ideal.
I've heard from a couple former MNT scouts that one of the most taxing things on the job is just the travel within the country to see guys, nevermind some having to also go overseas in addition to their domestic scouting duties.
Granted the MNT coach isn't doing the bulk of the scouting, but he is doing some of it.

They didn’t like the truth bombs from Jurgy
Now imagine Jurgy 2.0

I think it is very feasible to play that pressing style with our players
It plays into their strengths of being fit and extremely athletic
Watching Gregg trying round peg into square hole ever since that Northern Ireland match years ago showed he was clueless. I remember saying it in that thread and catching a lot of flack.
We don’t have the type and caliber of player to try and to play like we are Man City. It falls flat on its face every time vs good level opposition.
It worked for Spain because that generation from the mid 2000s till about 2020 was groomed to play that way. It took buy in from the federation and all the clubs with their youth systems. We are never going to get that here with the USSF and MLS.
A good national team manager adjust his tactics to the player pool he has, not forcing players to play his way even though it doesn’t suit them.
Watching Matt Turner trying to play out the back is comical
