So why do Spurs get the drop ball? Everton clearly regained possession in the box after the non-foul!

I guess you can say Spurs had possession when Lloris made the challenge when play was stopped?
I honestly don't know. Just spit balling.

I don’t understand why barely tapping the ball negates the foul if he then proceeded to pull Richarlison down.

Blues hard done by. Ref stops a promising attack to award a penalty that VAR overturns.

Goalies play by a different set of rules when it comes to getting the ball.

Haha, Doherty and Davies, is Conte an evil genius?

Harrison looked much better in the first half than he has recently but has been total shite in the second half.

Spurs are looking like they have tired legs.
Not surprising being that they exact same team played on Thursday.

Hmm. I think Holgate did that on purpose

Hojbjerg's ball winning ability is ridiculous.
That looked nasty challenge from Holgate. And threw his 2nd foot into it, that may he red.

It sure looked like it. That was a brutal rake.

I see the Spurs check cleared the FA this week.

Thought both VAR checks were pretty well done
Not to mention Godfrey's borderline stamp earlier in the match.

For what? It was a nasty challenge deserving of a red and Lorris got the ball on the non-penalty. So what play are you saying he got wrong?
Posted on 11/7/21 at 9:55 am to ShrevetownTiger
frick I’d have taken a draw before the break all day but we should’ve won
Posted on 11/7/21 at 9:56 am to ShrevetownTiger
It wasn’t a challenge, it was a follow through. And the non-penalty call shut down a shot on goal.

Definitely would have taken a point coming in but wasn’t really expecting to outplay them like that.
