This could have all been avoided if some of them were on yellows like they should have been. Kane on Kepa was a yellow, the foul on richarlson was yellow, richarlson on James was yellow, Silva elbow was a yellow. Ref lost control

I'd say he could have, but the yellow was pulled out of the refs pocket before then, which to me seems like he was giving it for Ziyechs foul.
