NCAA Soccer: The SEC West is on a collision course.

Just noticed that something has clicked in Women's NCAA Soccer in the South this year.
#6 Alabama, #13 Ole Miss and Mississippi State are three games into conference play..... and only one loss between all 3, as in one loss all season.
All 3 teams historically are low tiers in the game but for some reason are having historically their best starts in ever this year. Over the next few gamedays will begin to crash into each other.
(Arkansas is also ranked and doing relatively well, but that program has been been making NCAA trips and winning the SEC multiple times now).

Women’s soccer is painful to watch.

It's because your watching the wrong games. My daughter goes to UNC and they play better than most guys teams play.

Congrats!
But are you are totally unaware that U15B FC Dallas beat the USWNT (best women's team in the world by far at the time) 5-2?

I'm well aware. Tell me where I said a women's team can beat a men's team? I said they play better and in the soccer world that is known as style of play. People that think the USWNT can play with most youth academy boys teams are delusional.

You're delusional.
You have a misconception that the women's style of play is better b/c they are incapable of using sheer athleticism to beat defenders, so they are forced to "play the right way", where as young boys and men are taught to get the ball in space and win the one on ones and then get your head up b/c you just created an advantage for your team. Men, as well as boys, play using speed to their advantage. Women don't play that way.
I just watched a bunch of 2nd tier select 11 year olds beat the top tier 13 year old girls 6-2, and some of those girls were literally twice as big as some of our boys, and that's not an exaggeration. Despite being a lot bigger, the boys were just so much faster. And those girls put those boys on their arse the whole game, which was good for them to learn how to play more aggressive, but the boys athleticism and speed is simply too much for them.

Much in the same way that women's college basketball players are often better at free throws and some fundamentals than men but that doesn't make women's college basketball worth watching (outside of having a personal connection to it).

I'm delusional? Did I say you were? How cute of you to get defensive about a discussion. Again, I'm not generalizing. I said specifically UNC (as well as other traditional powerhouses) play a nice brand of soccer that's entertaining. You continue to argue that boys can beat girls- that's not the initial point that you continue to bring up- of course they are more athletic and the games are going to be different in many ways.
