i think that was a pretty legit penalty call...I mean he didnt mean to hit him and was going for the ball, but he whiffed on the ball and swiped at the panama player.

Keeper is lucky Dempsey didn't swing at that ball. He was allowed to do much worse, the ball wasn't yet controlled by the Keeper, he had every right to attempt a shot.

The ball was on it's way out of the box.

The ball wasn't anywhere close to being in a dangerous position.
