Recommend me an English football league team

While I follow some teams a little, I've never decided which to follow the most. I'm looking for a team that has the resources, players, and capabilities to win tournaments and trophies yet for some reason can never quite get it done. Often going from an excellent season to an abysmal one year to year. So alot like Texas A&M.

Don’t be like everyone else here and pounce on a big 6 team. Go with a Leicester, Leeds or a West Ham. Or go with your 2023/24 GOATpionship champs, Wolves.

I do enjoy me the west ham song. Been singing that for years.

Sunderland or Sheffield Wednesday.

This is an odd way to pick a club

Everton, West Ham, and Spurs are right for you.

Leeds will give you the highs and lows you are looking for but all within the same season.
They could be on the brink of having more resources with the 49ers set to take over. Stadium expansion and modernization on the horizon etc
Also, the fans are passionate and remind of an SEC fanbase following so I feel seen.
Edit: plus we got all the best young American talent playing for tLads

I’m a Toffee (heading to Liverpool to see them vs Tottenham 4/1/23), but don’t wish that upon anybody.

Just watch games until a team jumps out at you. Picking a team through a message board isn't the right way to go about it.

Nor is telling someone how they should pick a team.

Picking a team by asking a message board is objectively wrong.
