Play should at least open up. The Dutch have to come forward to try to score an equalizing goal and that should open up counter-attacking opportunities for the USWNT.

As much crap as Rapinoe has gotten, she’s probably been better than Morgan today who has also been really poor outside of a couple moments. Thankfully one of those moments was drawing that penalty.
