It is crazy how jealous I am of the tactical discipline and infrastructure of a nation with 40% of the population of the county I live in.

Pretty nice for them. Being in the Nordic group culturally, they are associated with Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. Estonia a bit too.
I am sure they play them on the reg.
The Faroe islands north of Scotland have a Nordic team too and they had one world class player and made trouble in their World Cup qualifying group until the last opponent injured him.
Lithuania won two Olympic medals in basketball. They have similar numbers to the SF bay area.

I'm always amazed at how small Uruguay is - 3.3 M. By comparison, Harris County, TX is 4M.
