How do you think Lampard is going to set them up with pulisic, Cho, and Pedro? Does Pedro ever play as an attacking mid? Barkley is out there too.

Another pedestrian performance from pulisic. Zero shots on target, but he did pick up an assist. I’d say he and CHO were both pretty average, but CHO finally scored one of his chances. CHO is just getting into it though, so I expect a bit more patience with him.

Yeah I’m concerned there won’t be many minutes for Pulisic when we get totally healthy. He needed a goal tonight for some momentum and confidence.

Pulisic was getting double and triple teamed on that side leaving CHO open all day long on the other side. The couple of times he got left free Barkley refused to through ball, disappointing. He’s so close to making a good impact with a goal, 2 assists in 4 games and a couple of flashes of brilliance, he needs confidence, not benching. It will come.

I'm just worried that Pulisic may not get enough "chances" to prove himself.
If he is not playing consistently in 6-12 months, I hope he is loaned out to a side that will use him!!

I don’t think Pulisic is a loan type player. He can either hack it or he can’t. Chances will come as willian and Pedro age. If he can take those chances and prove he can wear the shirt he’s in. If not, uncle Roman is a ruthless businessman. He’s not afraid to take a loss to make a gain. Of course he’s not afraid to cut bait with some of the better players in a generation either, which has been my biggest fear from the beginning. I think he will eventually put it together, I just hope he’s still wearing blue when that happens.

Like I said, Willian isn’t player any better than Pulisic. Not sure what is going on but Pulisic would have been subbed off by now if he was playing like willian

I'm not necessarily a Chelsea fan. The only reason I am following them now is if Pulisic plays. I'm an American and long standing USMNT supporter. Pulisic needs to play to continue to develop. If he is not playing, send him to the best league/team that he will get regular minutes against good competition!!

Willian does frick all all game, arguably worse than Pulisic has played yet this season, then pulls off some deflected goal that would eventually happen to anyone if they got all this playing time, and now retains his spot pushing Pulisic further down the chart
