Shea is just a sub, He's always tired but usually plays really well for the first bit before the weariness catches up.. Especially if you put him in in the 60-70th against a tired defender with his burst?

Maybe he was tired in that run of games last year, but I'm not desperate to have him on the team at this moment. Lichaj was the strangest omission for me.

I feel like Brek has considerably more potential, but Lichaj would be huge for us right now, and Jurgen is pretending like he isn't in the pool.

Yeah I think the argument for him is he adds something different as a sub in that he's a true wing player.

I still think Beasley would have been of great benefit with this group, in this game especially.

Speedy, experienced, plays wide, good set piece delivery and is experienced with the style of play that Guatemala is playing (from his time in Mexico.)

Hard to watch this shitty online stream and post but had to come in and say the boys look more more alive and are attacking better tonight.

Not a lot of that ticky tack dribbling and passing all along the 18 and Bradley seems to be playing up more.

Deuce is a god amongst men and I <3 Fabian at LB.

I need my Cakes to get a goal and the night would be perfecto.

Oh, Timmay is another god. Love him so.

Back to the shitty feed!

Position of need is the real question. Lichaj and Johnson at the fullback positions gets me happy.

I think starting Torres and bringing on Shea as a sub would be nice change of pace. We can afford Torres inability to go wide as long as we have Johnson storming in.

Was Beasley one of the last ones cut? He's definitely another guy who could have been an option off the bench.

Beasley looked passed up in the last cycle let alone this one. Of course, I can see your point about playing in shitty central America were his experience could be helpful.

He wasn't called in.

My $30 PPV just switched to Spanish commentary. Great.

Did I miss anything in the first 5 minutes? As my stream came on, it looked like Howard made a tough save
