And he only replaced 1 of them. Weird.

The ref blew a ton of calls and I’m not talking about Neymar’s flops, but legitimate ones. As much as y’all bitch about Brasil’s Flipping Belgium and especially Hazard are just as bad if not worse in so many ways.

Ref lost control and allowed bullish players like Fellani free reign killing eh flow of the game. How the hel fellani didn’t get a card at all this game is ridiculous.

so since France and Belgium are meeting up in the semifinal... will Germany try to backdoor them both to get into things?

after Martinez's initial set up of his team he was so shitty. If not for some god-like saves and good luck, Brazil scores 5 or 6 goals. Way too late with his substitutions. He had dead tired defenders getting absolutely torched for like 30 minutes before he made a sub

Yeah his decision to play Lukaku on the right won this game. Still they needed an own goal and some remarkably shitty finishing by Brazil to go through.

They were outplayed by Japan for an hour, and outplayed by Brazil for 45 mins. They are getting some lucky breaks that you need to win a tourney like this.

Or to put yourself in position to lose to England.

The anti-Brazil hate is super weird. Neymar is an unbelievable bitch but Brazil was entertaining. They created space for themselves remarkably well.

England is a far worse team than Brazil. They look terrible. They might make the semifinal by virtue of being on the easy side of the bracket but England aren't a good team.

I am not anti-Brazil...they are incredible to watch. They just remind me of the Denver Nuggets under Doug Moe...very fun but nothing to show for it.

Congrats to the ref on a horribly officiated game and especially the 4th official that cant keep time apparently.

Ref blew major calls both ways but most favored Belgium and the time waging was getting ridiculous.

Hopefully France destroys this team

What a hilariously bad take.

I’m not sure you realize how biased you’re being, but this may be one of the worst comments about this sport I have ever seen. Neymar would have been on the ground for 4-5 minutes per foul had they been up, I’m not even sure I’d consider what hazard did ‘wasting time’, he’s one of the best at drawing fouls and gets hacked non stop. Thank god brazil is out so we won’t have to hear from you until 2022 and another team who you heard of one time plays again.

Why don’t you first explain why Neymar didn’t get a foul for flopping in the box WHEN THE REF MADE A FLOPPING MOTION WITH HIS HAND WHEN HE WAVED IT OFF.

Honestly this game couldn’t have gone any better for the good of the future of the sport.
