There were two awful misses. The third was a good shot that missed by a few inches (though Musovic has nothing to do with).

She was also crying. It seemed as if she was trying to laugh thru the pain, but I thought she seemed pretty upset after.

Rapinoe was very upset and crying. She cared.

Rapinoe was terrible and has been for a while. That’s no surprise but still infuriating to see her constantly get on the field over better/younger options.
But the biggest disappointment of the tournament for me was Morgan. She was just bad in every match.

Rapinoe positioned herself in a selfish way to be the face of the national team. During the game, Aly Wagner said some things that were fair critiques and expressed surprise she was brought in as the first sub.
I hope that other USWNT affiliated ex players go further and say she wasn’t a suitable option.
Rapinoe has positioned herself so that any man who criticizes her is a misogynist or anti-LGBT, among casual fans who want to cheer specifically for a woman’s sports team and don’t know much about soccer.

At one point I thought she was hunched over crying (teammate was blocking her from view) but then she stood up and was laughing. Yes, she had some tears but she was laughing the entire time.
I thought it was weird af... she looked exactly like the Swedish team when they would show them celebrating. Laughing with tears.

I've only watched her play in the World Cups. She played poorly 90% of the games I've watched her in.
