Thought host was always A1... and in this case the USA is the main host... Mexico 2nd biggest host & Canada smallest of the hosts

Yes, I know. But a lot of people would assume it'd be A1, B1, C1 so wondering why it skipped C. Is it about what side each team may end up on if they all made the knockout and not having all 3 potentially on the same side?
