There is a group of us who know Salah is good, but knew Egypt wouldn’t do shite in this tournament.

Was this one really much of an upset? I mean, I didn't expect the scoreline but I didn't think that Egypt would for sure win either.

The technical level of Egypt isn't all that bad. And in truth African teams are usually on the same technical level. But the tactics to win in Africa aren't the same as the ones to win in Europe.

Egypt looked better technically than Russia based on their first performance. I expected them to win, but not by much.
