Hi Everyone

We like to thank all tester and users for the continues feedback we are receiving. We are going to put effort into expanding our YouTube channel with videos (LINK covering the different challenges one can run into when installing and configuring MOVEZ. We will try making videos of as many gateway inclusions as possible and encourage all testers to either send us videos of their inclusion and configuration for us to publish or publish themself so that we cover as many systems as possible. The certification testing of the MOVEZ is progressing, but we have been told that due to the current situation the testing is taking longer than usual.

In the feedback we have received many have reported that installation can be a bit tricky and this is all depending upon the different conditions that may exist for a specific window. We will try making videos for this as well. Worth pointing out is that there are a lot of different way MOVEZ can be installed.

One thing to keep in mind is that there are a lot of different window covers on the market and even though some things may look similar, like bead chains for instance, there are different sizes, distance between the beads and material on the market. We have tried supplying accessories to work with many of the versions on the market but there will always be situations where the beads may be a bit big or cord a little too thin for the spools or pulleys we have included to work consistently.

Like mentioned the supplied spools and pulleys works at many different windows covers on the market but we also made MOVEZ with the possibility to change spool and pulley. It will be possible to make more different types of spools and pulleys to get better compatibility to different window covers in the future when we know what window covers is most used the different counties.

Status for the productions is that we have received parts and are assembling devices. We encourage everyone that wants to test a device to send us a email at indiegogo@teptron.com and we will send a beta device as soon as we have one assembled.

We like to thank all of you amazing backers for the support you are showing us and for all the encouraging email we have received.

Our thoughts and prayers are with people affected by this terrible virus and we wish everyone of you will stay safe and take care of family and loved ones in these difficult times.

I found a YouTube guy that made his own very very easily with a 3d printed piece and a motor. I just moved but I plan to do it at some point.
