Had a last minute invite to Jackson Hole last week. I'm done for the season. As shite of a season it's been, somehow I managed to get more days in than I ever have.

Went to Breck a couple of weeks ago. On the last run of my second to last ski day, wiped out pretty badly on Claimjumper. Snapped my collarbone in half and tore my ACL.

Be careful out there, baws! I thought I was invincible prior to past Monday, but you never know when danger can sneak up on you on the mountain.

Personal record, of course, not world. Got up to 59.6 mph on a long blue run. Felt super smooth, not scary at all. I didn't even realize I was going that fast.

I've been hovering around 50 the last several years since I've had a tracker. Never really thought I would sniff 60.

Damn son! Same thing happened to a buddy on jumper, but he was cruising at 58 when it happened. The fall tore the ACl, the tree snapped the collarbone.

I’m going to Breckenridge next week. Not even planning to ski. But I will be eating well and having a good time.

Did you ski? How were the crowds around town? We're headed out next week

Also, any talk of the resort closing soon?

Are the Peak 9 restaurants/bars still open and will the chair lifts still operate when the peaks are closed for skiing. Thanks!

We didn’t ski, but there were people on the runs. The town had plenty of activity, also.

As said earlier, &Peaks 9 and 10 closed yesterday. I’m sure their lifts and restaurants are shut down. But, 8, 7 and 6 remain open. Hop3 y’all have a great trip.

Last day of the season for me Friday. I guess the word got out that we had 2.5' of snow fall over the week. Traffic on the canyon wasn't terrible, but parking was a nightmare. I've never seen it like that. I was hoping people moved on from ski season, but I guess not.

Snow was heavier than I was thinking it would be, but all in all fun day. Conditions turned from bluebird to no visibility in a matter of minutes around 1:00.

I had an awesome season, but definitely gonna start praying for snow earlier next time. Finished with 40 days at Snowbasin, 5 at Snowbird, and 1 at Brighton.

I’m taking one last shot at this goddamn season when I leave Redmond soon and fly to around your parts.

RDM to SLC to Snowbird; 17,18,19 APR are ride days.

Holla back if you’re around.
