I’m telling PawPaw to come get you before you break a hip.

Is the owl dead?

Yes. Found it under a Ponderosa Pine tree that I was sent to cut down.

It looked like a dog or cat got to it. Breast is chewed up.
I thought it was a Pygmy.

But one classy gentleman on this very board identified it for me.

Thanks again.
Kingfisher is my favorite.

I took some in Bend OR with my iPhone. My photos can’t hold a candle to yours.

I’ve got an African tortoise in my garage right now, in Brumation.

Heat lamp only keeps that area around him in the 20s.

He doesn’t move, eat or pee.

But if you rub him, he flinches.

Reptiles are sneaky.

It’s in the Bible.

Well, there were hundreds protesting today in town.

Hundreds.

Yes, most likely,

Reptiles go into a state of hibernation, known as Brumation.

Alligators lie in frozen bodies of water motionless. Their noses right above the freeze line. They can sit like that for months.
I watch a lot of the show ‘The First 48’

Vappie is in many of the episodes with the New Orleans team of investigators.

I could only afford building a model of it.

Badass truck.

Meh.

I live in Bend. It’s a ski town.

I worked on Mt Bachelor last season full time.

I had interactions with assholes every single day on that mountain.

Especially local kids, whose parents use the mountain for day care. Kids just skiing wild without any supervision are the worst assholes on the mountain by far.

You paint only a glimpse of the truth.

Thank you for the ID!

Bonus pic of a nice mule deer for ya.

Both animals found on the public golf course in Bend.

They are gorgeous.

Here’s the first one I’ve ever seen.

Madras, Oregon before we chopped the tree down he was in.

It was early, he was about to go to sleep until power saws.

Boosie fade = top notch.
