Asheville NC - cool 3/4 day stop?

Looking for a change of pace and it looks like Asheville might be a cool option.
Anyone go there recently that can share some things to do while there?

I’ve been to the Biltmore before and that was cool but I was wondering if there is anything else to do while there. I heard there is a place to ski like 30 mins away too?

If you have skied before, pretty much anywhere, the ski slopes outside of Asheville will be disappointing. The area does have a ton of breweries/wineries that are fun to tour as well as some great hiking.

If you were there in the summer there are some awesome lakes/whitewater rivers around. You could absolutely spend 3/4 days there.

Use the search option. Asheville threads come up at least twice a month. There was a discussion 4 pages back from early January.

I take that back. The search option sucks in this site. Actually go to google and type “Asheville Tigerdroppings” and you’ll get better results.
