Hotel recommendations for Liberia Costa Rica

Wife and I are going for Mardi Gras, two of the places that were recommended to me aren't available.
Wife would like all inclusive, I open to everything. She just want to lounge on the beach.

Well your first issue is Liberia is not on the coast. Playa Flamingo is pretty great and is close by.

Andaz Papagayo. Not All-inclusive but a really nice place.
