That’s surprising that Delta One was that bad. It’s no Emirates but I’ve had a good experience when I’ve flown it.

Hoping to give an update on Munich this evening!

Would you stop enjoying your vacation and update us already? What am I supposed to do at work this morning?

In all seriousness, I’m done with this humidity and would love to be in the Alps right now. That’s an absolutely beautiful area of the world.

That’s completely fair. I’ve really dropped the ball on this one. We are currently in Austria along the Danube, heading to Vienna tonight.

We were supposed to be in Vienna until Monday, but due to unforeseen circumstances are cutting the trip short and flying out tomorrow. Thinking I can finish the write up on the plane!

I will help out.

Drove the Grossglockner today. It was 14C and 30% humidity. A beautiful day to be up there.

I love picture-heavy trip threads.

That food at dinner looked nice but I wouldn't know how I'm supposed to eat half of those dishes lol

Beautiful photos! Keep them coming.

I’m in Zurich boarding my flight home and will be working on the write up on the plane.

Enjoy your trip!

I climbed to somewhere I have never gone to in Fieberbrunn and got a couple of good shots.

View of the valley station in the background and top of Wildseeloder covered in clouds.

Another view back to the Kitzbuhelerhorn with Karstein on the left.

Can’t wait to hear about Vienna and the Danube. I am scheduled to take a Viking cruise to that area next April.

We saw a number of Viking cruises going down the Danube. Beautiful small towns to visit when the boat docks.

Berchtesgaden is beautiful. A trip to Hitler's Eagles Nest is worth it.

Fieberbrunn is one of the best places to ski as well. The entire Wilder Kaiser range is great and less crowded.

Learned how to ski in Fieberbrunn in February 2020. I need to get back soon.

I promise that you do not want to ski on the Wilder Kaiser. The Hohe Salve would be much better. Look back at the last photo a added. The range with all the limestone peaks is the Wilder Kaiser. But I know what you mean.

We just got back from Munich. One of the highlights was the day trip to Neuschwanstein to see Ludwig II’s castle themed around Wagner’s operas. And our tour guide was an LSU alum who lives in Bavaria. Highly recommend that tour.

We went in October and was amazing. We were lucky enough to have clear enough skies for a great view as well
