Sounds like you belong in Cancun in a cheap all inclusive with late nights at Senior Frogs or some other rowdy beach club.
I don't think Isla Mujeres or Tulum are your crowd at all. Both of those are much quieter and classier, not your rowdy beach crowd.

Well I want to go to Tulum. I just don't want to be near too many gangs of drunk dudes. I want to party for one night . The rest is swimming and paddling .

Cancun sucks. Just fly there and take the bus from the airport to Tulum. Much hotter chicks there.

We rented as house on the beach in Roatan 5 years or so back and can't wait to do it again. I have no interest in diving, but my wife and daughter are getting certified this summer. Roatan will probably be the first place they go and I'll just chill on the beach drinking and snorkeling.

Belize is not expensive at all. It's one of the cheaper destinations in the Caribbean. The mainland part of the country is very poor.

You may want to check out the prices of Tulum then. Tulum is not cheap at all.

Tulum is awesome, but it is expensive and the traffic on the one road through town can be a real bitch. The city itelf is off the water and dirt dirt cheap.
