MSY security queue for 7:00am flight

I have a flight out of nola tomorrow at 7:00am. Do we have TSA issues similar to the other airports? What's the latest I should arrive at the airport?

5:45 and should be good unless you are checking bags.

You can google TSA wait times and their website will give you user reported wait times at the different airports.

No line this morning at 6 am. Got into midway at 9 and there was a very short line

I have yet to meet anyone affected. I've flown there twice within the last month and left at 5pm with no problems. Is the early departure the where the lines are long?

No need for the caveat here. If you show up at MSY at 5:45 for a 7 am flight, checking bags is a piece of cake as well. There won't be any issues at all.
