Need advice for a quick trip in November

Me and the wife are wanting to take a 3-4 day trip to somewhere in the U.S. for the first week in November. Thinking somewhere in the mountains, maybe Park City or Colorado. I know it's an awkward time as most of the summer stuff is shutdown and skiing is not open anywhere yet. Any suggestions? Thanks

Depends upon when you're going in November. I see Park City expects snow over the next week and plans to open on November 19.

We did Missoula, MT in mid-October last year and really enjoyed it.
