I've been looking at the Grand Design line as well. I may be buying one later this year depending on whether or not I decide to keep traveling for work. I'm looking at several in the 26-27' range since it's only me.
I'm really impressed in all the details they've updated with regards to the construction of the walls, flooring, roofing, insulation, etc.

We have a GD 2600RB have had it for over four years and zero issues other than routine maintenance.

They are the most reliable as far a reviews. So for that amount of money, I hope so!

When do you head out on your trip? I retire from the Army in three years and am already mapping out everywhere I want to go. This time a year I assume you're heading north to get away from the heat.

We’re planning on putting our house on the market within the next month and a half to two months. So shortly anytime after that.
