I hope you meant Utah. If so, not a bad recommendation.

Ski only resort, no snowboarding, and about 30% green runs, including some long green runs.

Park City Utah

Fly into SLC. 45min drive to the slopes.

Town is great. The trails are amazing. I prefer it over Breckinridge for sure

They even have a green that runs from the summit of one mtn down to the lodge. Beautiful views and the food is cheap

hear Whistler has a helluva selection

The drive from Seattle to Whistler is the most beautiful drive I’ve ever had in my life. I will say that the skiing is far more advanced. Blues there are borderline blacks. Greens are easy blues

We booked our Christmas Vacation at Park City. Is it worth going to Deer Valley as well? Any other must do's and restaurants?

Lol me too. I have two. Would have been three if my wife hadn’t broken her arm day one of our March trip.

I've gone skiing in many places and the Tahoe region is one few talk about on here. Lots of snow and trails you're looking for. Northstar (name may have changed) and Heavenly are top notch. Plus you have all there is to do in Tahoe and down the hill in Reno. If you like dry powder, Mt. Rose is amazing.

Wasatch has a brewery in PC. Def check them out

We skipped DV. Lots of trails at PC to keep us occupied. Don’t expect Louisiana quality restaurants but they good and inexpensive

I highly Recommend snowmobiling if you’ve booked a “recovery/non-skiing” day

I understand you like green runs but blue runs honestly are not that much harder than greens especially at places like Vail. Vail has a lot of great blue groomers like Poppyfields, Grand Review, Simba, Born Free, Northwoods, and Avanti.

If you really want a ski resort that truly caters to the beginner and intermediate who only wants to ski groomers than Northstar at Lake Tahoe is your place. They call it Flatstar for a reason. Even many the black diamond runs on the backside(not Lookout Mountain) would be rated blues elsewhere. The entire mountain apart from Lookout is a beginner/intermediate's paradise.

In my opinion the only difference between blue and green runs are the width and length start to finish.

If they still offer them, get a Summit County Pass.

From east to west.

Arapaho basin. You need to know how to ski. You can die from frostbite at the peak or from trees below the tree line.

Keystone. The greens/blues are fine until you have to ski to the Gondola. Ice.

Breckinridge. Great town, huge area. Skiing wise...A blue can turn into a double black if you don't know what you are doing. A green can turn into cross country.

Never skied Copper Mountain.

I have...as have lots of others here so I'll preface this response by fully admitting that I am an a-hole ski snob but will try to deliver a toned down response.

Angel fire is fine for what it is. A (relatively) cheap mountain that is close to TX/OK and offers a quick and easy way for many to try skiing. There is nothing steep on the mountain so in that sense it is good for beginners. However, I think most of the greens are just roads which are often more intimidating than fun for beginners since they can be crowded, narrow, and have drop offs on the sides. The blues aren't steep though, so get over the mental hurdle of the big bad blue square and go ski them.

That said, I hate Angel Fire. The terrain is boring, the snow is generally more miss than hit, but the biggest offense is the people. Since the mountain is not good, there are no locals skiing there and thus no one to keep order and decorum (at least that's my theory). All runs funnel back in to two lifts which are just a shite show of camo clad JONGS who can't even manage to form a line and just crash into each other in an attempt to form some sort of self supporting blob to get back on the lift.

If you're on a tight budget or its free and you're trying skiing for the first time then its fine. If you've been almost anywhere else then you'll be disappointed. I think it's best suited for college spring breakers/church groups/etc. but see my disclaimer above. If I had a place to stay for free there, I would drive to Taos every day to ski. And speaking of Taos... great mountain. Gets a bit of a rap here as a "bad beginner mountain" because it has decent terrain, but there is more good beginner terrain there than angel fire or RR and it has a fantastic ski school. If there's not something tying you to Angle Fire but you want to go to NM, Taos is great.

one of the Aspen mountains has lots of greens.

Buttermilk is the name of this, but it is a tiny mountain. IMO, I wouldn't choose aspen area for the OP unless they were intermediates that liked green and blue runs to be able to incorporate Snowmass as well.

Copper, Winter Park, Park City, Steamboat, Beaver Creek.
Those are probably the closest to the OP's ask.

Here are a few links for background on these places.
Please don't be offended by the "beginners" moniker. It just means that there are more green and blue runs than other resorts.

Copper was challenging for my sister in law and her kids who were beginners. We loved it and it’s a better value. The town isn’t much.

Keystone was great and catered to all skill levels.

Just booked my Christmas vacation to Vail. Went there pre season last year with just my bride and we had a great time, looking forward to taking the family to ski. Never skied there.

Everything is challenging when you're a beginner. The terrain on the west side is pretty tame. Copper has a good mix of stuff for most skill levels.

A few restaurants, condos, a church and Starbucks. That’s all I meant.
