100% of United is Travel
90% of SW is Travel at this point (Have used cards 2-3 times to get pts to Companion)
I do about 75 flights a year on average.

Yeah, you got a lot of points. Assuming a good bit of your travel is for work where you're not paying/being reimbursed? The United points aren't that big of a deal, especially if you splurge on an international trip in b-class.
Now using all those SW points, that might be challenging especially if you have companion pass. It's rare I end up using close to 50K points on a personal SW round trip, you could do 22 of those right now!
Still guess its not a bad problem to have, and while still sucky, the SW changes won't affect you at all short term with the cards and status.

Yesh, I think I spend less than 40k on most trips, some being sub 25 if can find the right fares... So I'm somewhere between 25 to 35 free round trips
