just re-require that transfers must sit out a year. That would go a long way to solving this ridiculous nonsense.

All transfers get one immediate transfer. After that you sit a year with no redshirt opportunity.

Good rules. Until michigan(insert any blueblood program) gets caught, hammered, then they get a Michigan judge to approve an injunction and then the ncaa caves.
