I don’t think so tbh. Their brain dead excuse before was that the border was unsecureable and our immigration system broken. Trump is unquestionably fixing both so they’ll have to buck a 70/30 issue with voters and brazenly stop securing the border

Which they definitely could have done when they had all the media lapdogs at their feet and before Elon. Not now

Fwiw Ricky Gervais has a new special coming out 12/30. I can almost guarantee you it’ll be much funnier than the political sermon Dave just served up. For my money Gervais doesn’t miss very often

Subjectively speaking of course, Im sure there’s people in here that don’t find him funny etc. personally I love Gervais’ specials

Shawn is kind of a tough listen for me despite being a seemingly authentic, nice guy. Ive got alot of driving to do today so today so I considered maybe grinding through part of it. And then I noticed that it’s 5 hours and 14 min long :lol: good god does he not have an editor?

Dave is an elite story teller. It’s usually awesome taking walks with him through black history and almost unbelievable how omnipresent he seems to have been behind the scenes at practically every memorable event in black pop culture

He’s free to beat dead horses for the rest of his career and will always be comedy royalty. But he’s just too preachy and unfunny for me personally anymore. I use to circle his specials on the calendar and look forward to them like albums from my favorite artists. It just feels heavy handed and overly divisive anymore

Ps: What do his god damn lungs have to look like at this point. He’s got to walk around smelling like an AA meeting held in a broom closet

Great to know. Thank you for the tip. Tbh I have a new-ish GE profile dishwasher that’s been pretty disappointing cleaning anything that’s not spotless when we load it. We basically only use it to kill whatever germs are still present after a hand wash

My wife ran across these on Amazon last night and I picked them up instead. They have a few sets “Like new” for $99 which has always just meant open box in the past. Its claims to originally be $329. Im sure it’s not a world beater set but surely worth $100 to take a flyer huh?

Cheap enough to go in a different direction 12mo from now if it’s just garbage. Are these likely dishwasher safe?
