We might not even use apps in the future. Imagine an Agentic OS on your phone where you simply ask for help with your sobriety. It could find and sign you up for meetings, manage your schedule, and use GPS to keep you away from old triggers. It could proactively freeze your credit card at liquor stores, block enabling contacts, and even alert your support system if you’re heading toward a relapse. At that point, the phone itself becomes the intervention.

This is very close to the future I envision

Fair point. One thing that keeps driving with my app specifically is there’s a community/connectivity component to this specific app, so it’s a bit different than building a calorie counting app in 30 seconds

The app itself is local on users' phones. nothing to host there. Builds go through EAS

Supabase for the backend. Postgres database, auth, and edge functions. Fully managed, serverless. The app itself is built with Expo

BTW, I think too many people on this website get caught up in what women's pussy's look like. The frick does how it looks, matter when you are eating it or fricking it?

Uh what? To each his own, but I can’t stand pussy that looks like a quarter lb of deli meat. Idgaf if it’s tighter than prom pussy if shits just flaps hanging all over
So as a hobbyist I started using Claude to build a drug/alcohol recovery app that I feel is better than most of what I see on the app market. Im not personally in recovery but my mother, brother, and several other family members are, so the project is dear to me and I’ve had a ton of exposure to the field

At the end of the day, there will be a modestly priced version though partly because a couple of the features have scaling operating costs and if I make a few dollars thats cool too

But my question is a bit more philosophical in that with the rate of AI development, will people even keep paying for apps when, when every AI model that comes out, its increasingly simple to build custom apps so that a child could even do it

It’s something I’ve been thinking about a good bit recently as I get close to 2 months work on the project and there’s obviously some cost involved as well. The floor is rapidly shifting beneath our feet in the tech world and I can envision a day soon where just about anyone crafts custom apps for themselves with just a few prompts

I legit tried to imagine a single personal trait to which I would ever choose Lindsay Graham over Massie at anything

At my utmost charitable, I have absolutely nothing

Because you fricking lack critical thinking

Don’t threaten to wipe them from the earth then get worked in negotiations

All good?

Well that’s why you don’t post dumb arse tweets about wiping out civilizations

Hasn’t Trump earned your trust by now?

What  frick no. Where are the arrests. The mass deportations. The day 1 end to Eukraine. The swamp. The lists runs forever. He closed the border. Which was simply enforcement of existing law

How many have Israel honored?
You’d think Americans would be highly skeptical of wars based on Israeli intelligence or AIPAC laundering back $300M a year to politicians here to both sides. Or the $300M they gave Trump alone during his last campaign. Or the 38 states making it illegal to boycott Israel during the destruction of Gaza

But here we are

Plot twist: He’s negotiating with literally no one

Bombing power plants with tens of thousands of civilians is a non starter. This isn’t Gaza where he can ban journalists (cameras) from showing the world 20k dead children

Trump is the master of the sleight of hand.

How is it sleight of hand when Iran has mocked him and basically dared him the entire time lol Their leadership is much more pr savvy than I’d have thought. Not that all the Lego videos are that impressive, but still a pretty clear “frick you” every time Trump has given them a deadline or ultimatum

Do we know who is doing this? US or Israel?

From what I read this morning, the strikes were solely Israel. Netanyahu doing everything in his power to make sure Trump doesn’t TACO

Haven’t they diluted their holders like a dozen times

What went on here besties? The guy reportedly divested from all his tech investments and certainly carried as much water for this administration as his back could handle. What exactly did he do wrong? Maybe I missed it
I highly doubt many “libs” give a frick at this point. Theyre probably content to let Trump and his circle rake in billions gaming all the various markets

Once they have a wide margin majority in the houses though? Oooffffff
I feel like 70% of this board could supporting roles in talladega nights. Without acting
Thought about starting a thread on it, but it seems completely obvious AI is the future of investing and money management

Is anyone familiar with anyone trading with Opus or another model. I saw a post the other day about a guy deploying 6 agents to monitor and trade BTC 5 and 15min markets and it works incredible. I know it’s hard to wade through all the AI slop on social media but I can’t imagine it’s difficult for tech so sophisticated
Sam’s having a pretty good week considering this and Trump publicly shitting on their main competitor and banning any federal departments from using them
This show definitely a guilty pleasure. Lots of fun

And you post all those scraggly mutt actors but not Maia Mitchell? good lord, she steals every scene
