We did this at 1B and 2B as freshman in HS. We used it on the same team in back to back games. It worked on both occasions. The one at first is even better bc the dugout gets involved.

So is this something the players do on their own or is it something that's practiced and called by the HC? I'm not a baseball guy so to speak but it seems like this is usually called "bush league" when I've seen it done in the past? Just wondering what the true "baseball purists" would call it? FWIW just to be clear Im all for winning and getting the 27 outs by any means necessary.
