You have to find a QB with a similar style. You can study all the game film but until you see it (to some extent) in actual practice, you can't really prepare for it.

The only way that signee is going to mimic Joe is if Dabo tells him what the defense is running and what areas to attack before each snap. If Dabo is forgetting Joes cerebral aspect of the game, he's failing his team.
