As someone going through this sobriety journey myself this hits home. In particular his comments about being his best self at work but not for/around his family.

Don’t care that they are an old rival. I can’t help but pull for Kiffin to win a championship. He’s found himself and has OM in uncharted territory. Built it from the ground up and just as a person he seems to really have it figured out and is at peace with life. Wouldn’t shock me if him and his wife remarried.

Kudos to anyone who discovers this. We are the unhealthiest country in the world because we are being poisoned by our food and drink.

Find a support group(AA., etc.) or something...it is a hard journey by yourself!

Good for Lane. He grew up fast and furious in the sports world. Glad he’s found a heightened sense of maturity. Only good things to come for him.

With the track he is on as a person and coach now, I wouldn’t be angry if we made a run at him if Kelly falters this year.

Good to hear he found this for his family and himself. But is his working out only going for long runs, cause if so, add some weights in pudgy. And don't forget leg day.
