ix Dr. Seuss books — including “And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street” and “If I Ran the Zoo” — will stop being published because of racist and insensitive imagery, the business that preserves and protects the author's legacy said Tuesday.
“These books portray people in ways that are hurtful and wrong,” Dr. Seuss Enterprises told The Associated Press in a statement that coincided with the late author and illustrator’s birthday.
“Ceasing sales of these books is only part of our commitment and our broader plan to ensure Dr. Seuss Enterprises’ catalog represents and supports all communities and families," it said.
The other books affected are “McElligot’s Pool,” “On Beyond Zebra!,” “Scrambled Eggs Super!,” and “The Cat’s Quizzer.”
Fahrenheit 451 any day now!

I read Dr Seuss to my 5yo the other night. She has since been walking around the house wearing a white hood throwing up hand salutes.

Private companies can take their products off the market in America, the last time I checked?

Yep, we still have a democracy, thank God.

You know what was offensive in "Mulberry Street"? An Asian is eating with chopsticks out of a bowl with a conical hat on. That's it.
I can't wait until these mentally damaged white people just start committing hari-kari to atone for their blight on the earth. It will serve us all well.

Unless you’re a baker.

Sounds like you don't remember the outcome of that case

It's almost like people are ignorant of how sensitive Dr. Seuss's descendants have been to his racist behavior in his personal life.

You mean the bakery having to hire lawyers who eventually got the case in front of the SCOTUS? I thought companies could take their products, and in this case services, off the market without having to spend time and money on legal representation in America. fricking prog filth hypocrite.
The worm always turns, scumbag.

Well, we aren't a democracy, we are a Republic. 2) We are no longer a free country. We no longer have free elections or free speech.
Now i'm sure you are all "private business rights" in only this aspect, but are you ok with large monopolies dictating what can/can't be bought/sold based solely on the whims of radicalists on the left? I'm sure you are, because you are part of the ghoulish creatures on the left. But, you are on the side of evil. How do i know?
1) Biden ended Operation Talon. A LEO operation targetting child sex traffickers
2) Biden is allowing unmitigated illegal immigration. This only increases the drug and human trafficking trade across the southern border. And i'm sure you applaud it for whatever idiotic reason, but know that your applause is for the murder and rape of thousands of innocent brown people from south of the border, not to mention the thousands that will die of fentanyl and other drug OD's.
3) Your white savior is bombing the shite out of the Brown people in the ME. I'm sure you're happy!
4) Blood for oil is now applauded by the left. Trump had us energy independent. You want us killing Muslims so we can increase energy costs. Why?
5) You want trannies in little girls bathrooms. How enlightened!
6) You want America's production of goods and services to be replaced by China. Why?
I could go on and keep embarrassing you, but i think i've done the job well enough.

Prove Seuss was racist.

Why would I do that? I didn't accuse him of being racist. His family has acknowledged how many of his cartoons used racially insensitive images many time. Hell, even Seuss himself admitted regret for a lot of them late in his life.

I have no idea what you are talking about, turn off your news feed it is literally killing you.
Start reading the Gospels everyday. They are the only source of truth.
