Florida’s confidence isn’t coming from the same place as LSU’s.

I personally believe the media is reporting what Sexton wants them to report because that’s his MO. Whether it’s actually LSU remains to be seen.

So right after the "gag order" stuff came out one of my lower level contacts in the AD has gone completely quiet. He is not a decision maker but is someone who would have more access than most if there were things that needed to be set up for the arrival of a new coach. If they are sending out gag orders he would be someone that would get one.
Then UF cancels the volleyball game for the Sunday of Egg Bowl weekend citing other reasons, but nonetheless freeing up a large space on campus that could host an event of some kind on that day.
The guy who is higher up hasn't changed his tune much since I posted about all this the other day.
Probably is nothing but figured I would share even though it'll make the coonasses upset

Dumb shite like this happens during these things, Its extremely unlikely for sure but it's one of those silly things that wouldn't be completely shocking either imo

It’s just so contradictory to the UF side. All saying that the Strickland wants complete silence but then openly cancels a volleyball game for when Kiffin would be announced? Just doesn’t line up IMO

Ftr I’m sure you’ve seen it on this board but there’s been smoke about Drink (lol) and reports that he interviewed but nothing reported by media.
Those reports came out last week before the current Lane Kiffin saga.
VolSquatch sounds as if he’s trying to paint it as LSU moving on from Lane

I didn’t realize uf was a gymnastics school.
Why would you cancel an event that people are already scheduled to be at? Instead, you cancel that event and hope to fill it the same day a decision is made??
