It’s entertaining.
But I’ve heard the whole “he couldn’t win there but he can win here!” argument before. How’d that work out with Kelly?
At least when Alabama reset the market by hiring Saban, they hired a coach who won SEC titles and a national title.
LSU is once again spending and hoping as opposed to hiring someone who has shown they can win big in the conference.

0 playoff appearances
0 wins against Alabama
This is just as likely to flop as it is to succeed.

Alabama also waited for the right guy instead of rushing to hire after the RR debacle.
This seems like a panic move by LSU. It might work but it’s rash and they’re spending too much for someone who has failed as much as he’s succeeded.
