I tried to listen to his podcast, dude is all over the place. I think he watches Mascona's podcasts and attempts to repeat the info as best he can.

We need someone who can forge relationships with recruits and players. Doesn’t seem to be Lane’s strong suit. Should retain Frank in some capacity
