I think you should target coaches who have proven to be winners at multiple stops. Guys who can recruit, evaluate and develop players. Guys who can dance on social media bc that’s important as well.

But most of all, and listen carefully, I think you need a guy who will win the championship every single year. Bc anything less will be ripped to shreds by the countless experts who should be pro coaches instead of working hourly labor jobs who post on Internet forums
