The reference to more than $25 million in "annual roster cash" is not particularly intelligible, in light of the House settlement. Revenue sharing is capped and NIL deals must be a legitimate exchange of value vetted by a clearinghouse.

Who cares how much the buyouts are, this is all being run like a business and billionaires are buying them out, the cash is endless it seems.

We had been bidding with y’all and Florida, increasing commitments and getting sponsorship deals to get him the yearly NIL number that he wanted.
Our boosters and Carter were told no less than 3 different times “here is the number. Hit it and he is staying” only for Sexton to come back and ask for more. Today was the last chance for him to commit. He didn’t, so now the offer is being withdrawn and he is being allowed to coach the last game because legally, we can’t suspend him.
The only misstep our AD had today was releasing that damn statement

Yeah, I think everything‘s just semantics now so he can finish out the regular season. I don’t think he wants to leave in the middle of the season. I think that’s important to him.
