One thing is for sure Verge was hired because he will agree to whatever he is told by his bosses. He is the ultimate yes man and company man. We will get the hire his bosses want not necessarily a good fit for football.

Probably a good coach but it means whiffed on all top candidates. If it doesn’t work out within 3 years everyone in the alignment should get fired including the Governor.

I sure hope it’s Kifin. Sumrall would be such a letdown. There’s better coaches like Keys for example. A sunbelt Sumrall bad showing gets everyone fired not to mention the damage for years to LSU brand.
