I asked the same thing. I was told everything has to fall into place basically. It has to do with addition to the coaching staff that is wanted for a future HC in waiting because Saban will only agree for a few years. Again, I still don’t believe until it happens. I’m sorry I’m so vague, but I promise I’m not a troll.

well it is day to day once you hit 70. saban wasted his 73rd and 74th year not coaching. he is starting over at 74 as he turns 75 on halloween. maybe 3 years max. NFW lane will come to be HCIW. so i call BS on this but crazier shite has happened. we will see.

I 100% believe Saban is done coaching. I 100% believe he came to LSU to speak to leadership about hiring our next coach. Somewhat of a consultant if you will.
