But CAA does have an office in Atlanta, so who knows. They also have one in Miami and Jacksonville. Those would seem just as convenient to do business in.

Private jets use Charlie Brown Airport, not Hartsfield. I do believe it one of the busiest airports executive jet airports along with Centennial in Colorado.
You also have Falcon Field in Peachtree City.
